Deanie, John Mantione 365MT, A customer bought a new Dodge at our dealership and was given a Fetch365 key recovery system tag as we do for all vehicles purchased here. That free little key tag was going to end up saving him almost $100.00 in just a couple of months. The customer came to our Service Department to get a price to replace his car key and remote fob which he had lost one day before. He was given a price for the replacements but since he had a Fetch365 tag was advised to wait a couple of days to see if his keys would turn up. And sure enough, a couple of days later another customer came in with a set of Fetch365 tagged keys they had found across town in the USF area. A quick query at the Fetch365 website confirmed these were the keys recently lost. Later that day a happy customer was reunited with his keys and alarm remote all held by an irreplaceable souvenir keychain from a family vacation.
Deanie Gregory and her staff at 365MT have done everything they promised and more. We have been very successful distributing the program through customer contacts in F&I and the Service Drive.
